Ross graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  Upon graduating, Ross worked as an electrical engineer for Bechtel Oil Gas & Chemicals in Houston working on the Chevron Wheatstone LNG plant in Australia.  While working for Bechtel, Ross attended South Texas College of Law Houston.  During law school, Ross competed as a member of the mock trial team and served as an intern for Justice Brett Busby at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals.

Upon graduating from South Texas in December 2015, Ross worked for Patterson + Sheridan, LLP as an associate, preparing and prosecuting patents for Fortune 500 companies down to start-ups.  Ross joined Fletcher Yoder in November 2019.  His practice focuses primarily on patent preparation and prosecution.  His areas of technical knowledge include power distribution, computer hardware and software, and semiconductor manufacturing.

Ross is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Bar College.  Outside of work, Ross is an active member of his church, enjoys spending time with his family, and actively participates in competitive pistol shooting.
