Moriah Bisewski’s practice includes all phases of patent preparation and prosecution, opinion preparation, agreement work, portfolio management, and litigation support. Moriah has experience in fields relating to software and electronics, such as memory devices, analog and digital electronics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, virtual and augmented reality, image processing and related technologies, consumer electronics, industrial automation, power distribution, networking, among others. In addition, Moriah has experience in leveraging patent assets to target competitor products through continuation applications and to target relevant standards through standard essential and non-essential patenting.

Moriah has worked for Fletcher Yoder since 2017, including working through law school as a patent agent. During law school, she served as president of the school’s Intellectual Property Student Organization, among other activities. These efforts, among others, were celebrated when she was awarded a 2024 State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property Section Diversity Scholarship Award. Before practicing law as a patent agent, she worked for a period of time in the petrochemical industry supporting electrical and mechanical reliability departments in different roles.

Moriah is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is currently seated in Fletcher Yoder’s Dallas office and serves on Fletcher Yoder’s Diversity Committee. In her free time, she donates her time to local professional organizations and universities to educate and spread awareness of the importance of intellectual property.
