Kyle graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.  He then worked for three years as a quality engineer for Lockheed Martin on mechanical and electro-mechanical systems before leaving to pursue a legal education.

As a law student, Kyle interned in the Eastern District of Texas, served as President of the Intellectual Property Student Organization and Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, was elected to the Order of the Barristers, and received the Award for Distinguished Accomplishment from the Institute for Intellectual Property and Information Law.  He also competed in the Giles Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition, winning multiple Best Brief Awards and finishing as a National Semi-Finalist in 2017 and Regional Champion in 2016.

After graduating from law school, Kyle passed the July 2017 Texas Bar Exam and joined Fletcher Yoder in September 2017.
