Fletcher Yoder

Elise graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on cellular and biomolecular engineering and a minor in business. While completing her undergraduate degree, Elise was a member of the Longhorn Aquatics Masters Swim Team, and she was a teaching assistant for several of UT’s swimming fitness classes.

Elise attended Baylor University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and served as a student ambassador. During law school, Elise was an active member and officer of Baylor’s rowing team, and she spent much of her precious free time on the water. Elise joined Fletcher Yoder in 2026 as an associate after working for the firm the previous summer.
