Calvin graduated from Duke University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. After graduating from Duke, Calvin worked as a database analyst and microapplications developer.
Calvin graduated from University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2007. After graduating from Texas, Calvin worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Bracewell & Giuliani LLP as a patent litigation associate, representing Fortune 100 clients with particular focus in the software, hardware, telecommunications, mobile, and Internet-related industries.
Calvin joined Fletcher Yoder in January 2015. His practice focuses primarily on patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling. In addition, Calvin has experience with infringement, validity, and claim construction analysis. His areas of technological knowledge includes computer hardware and software, telecommunications, semiconductor fabrication and design, database management, biomedical applications, and a wide variety of other electrical and mechanical arts.
