Fletcher Yoder

Austin graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During his senior year, Austin worked on a team to design and develop a tissue simulator for training use with abscess treatment devices. After graduating, Austin attended law school at Southern Methodist University, where he earned his J.D. in May of 2025. At law school, Austin served as a research assistant for the Fed Circuit Blog providing comprehensive coverage of activities and news regarding the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He joined Fletcher Yoder in 2025 as an associate after clerking with the firm the previous summer.
