Chris Rogers |
Chris RogersChris Rogers graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation he joined Dielectric Communications, a division of SPX Corporation, where he worked as a design engineer in the field of TV and FM broadcast antenna technology. While at Dielectric Communications, Chris specialized in design and performance verification of high power FM and TV broadcast antennas, as well as high power RF filters and combiners. Chris also developed numerous software tools used to facilitate the sale, design and production of Dielectric’s RF product line. After working for Dielectric Communications for ten years, he enrolled at the University of Maine School of Law in 2003. While at Maine Law, Chris served as an Articles editor for the Maine Law Review, in which he was published for a case note regarding the Federal Circuit case of At&t v. Microsoft. After his second year at Maine Law, he interned at the Maine Patent Program where he was involved in providing patent searches, patentability opinions, trademark searches and other IP related legal services to Maine small businesses. After graduating from Maine Law, Chris moved to Houston and passed the July 2007 Texas Bar. Chris is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Chris joined Fletcher Yoder in the Fall of 2007. His practice has focused on a variety of electronic arts including industrial controls, computer architecture, imaging devices and semiconductor fabrication and design. |
