Aaron Moss

Aaron graduated from Brigham Young University, Provo, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While attending Brigham Young University, Aaron worked in conjunction with Simula Inc., where he researched the application of friction stir welding for armored steel.

After graduating from Brigham Young University, Aaron attended the University of Minnesota Law School. While in law school, Aaron received the Stone academic scholarship and participated in the school’s Intellectual Property Moot Court. He also served in the Army National Guard and participated in the University of Minnesota’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. In 2008, Aaron graduated from law school and received his commission as an officer in the United States Army. After graduation from law school, Aaron attended the Army’s Basic Officer Leadership Course and completed the course as a distinguished military graduate.

Aaron took and passed the Texas Bar Exam, and subsequently joined Fletcher Yoder in the Fall of 2009 after clerking for the firm during the previous summer. His practice focuses on the mechanical and electromechanical arts including gas turbines; combustion systems; flow valves and meters; and medical devices. Aaron is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
