Lee EubanksLee Eubanks is a registered patent attorney whose practice is primarily focused on patent prosecution, opinions, IP development, and portfolio analysis. Lee has experience in numerous electrical and mechanical arts, including signal processing; semiconductors; oil and gas industry technologies; computer systems and manufacturing techniques; industrial automation systems; medical imaging and diagnostic systems; motor construction, control, and analysis techniques; power generation and distribution techniques; computer resource allocation and optimization methods; and software products. Lee is also a member of the Texas Bar and a trained mediator. Before joining Fletcher Yoder in 2004, Lee graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was an Endowed Presidential Scholar for all three years of attendance and received several prestigious awards, including the Marvin Key Collie Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Tax Law (2003-2004). Prior to law school, Lee graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in 1998, where he concentrated on physics, music, and mathematics. While at Southwestern University, Lee was named to the Dean's List every semester of attendance and served as a teaching assistant in Physics. Lee also holds a Master's degree in Clarinet Performance from The University of Texas School of Music, and is a member of several other honor societies, including Phi Delta Phi and Pi Kappa Lambda. |
